Same-day express laundry is available for items collected before 11:00 am and subject to 50% extra charge. Regular service returns next day by 6:00 pm. Kindly contact the Concierge for arrangements.

Mini bar restocking is done daily or upon request.

Shoeshine Service
Our complimentary shoeshine service is available upon request. Please contact Housekeeping.

Daily Housekeeping Service
Your room is serviced once daily between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. This includes:
• Bed linen tidying or replacement
• Bathroom cleaning
• Trash removal
• Floor vacuuming/mopping
• Replenishment of amenities (e.g., towels, toiletries, water)
If you prefer a specific time for room cleaning, kindly contact Guest Services.

Evening Turn-Down Service
Offered nightly between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Includes:
• Bed preparation for sleeping
• Mood lighting
• Curtain adjustment
• Slippers laid out
• Bottled water replenishment
• Light room refresh

Safety Deposit Box
Each room and suite is equipped with a personal electronic safe, located in the closet. For added security, we also offer safe storage at the Front Desk.
